After a tough loss to the Carolina Panthers, the New Orleans Saints (1-1) have an even stiffer challenge this week as they hit the road to face the New England Patriots (1-1).

The Patriots are coming off a 25-6 win over the New York Jets where the Patriots defense intercepted Jets rookie quarterback Zach Wilson four times.

The Patriots lost their first game of the season at home to the Miami Dolphins with a score of 17-16.

The Patriots have owned the Saints in this series, holding a 10-4 record against the black and gold.

The Saints are just 1-2 against the Patriots under head coach Sean Payton.

The lone win game in 2009 inside the Superdome.

The last time the Saints beat the Patriots in Foxborough was back in the 1995 season when Jim Mora was the head coach.

The Patriots are favored by three points to win Sunday’s game, which will kick off at noon.
